Alexeyisaurus karnoushenkoi

Taxonomy
Alexeyisaurus karnoushenkoi was named by Sennikov and Arkhangelsky (2010). Its type specimen is SGU no. 104a/36 (= PMGRE n. 3658), a partial skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wilczek Land, which is in a Norian coastal siltstone in the Wilczek Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Alexeyisaurus.
