Chonetinella gibberulus

Taxonomy
Chonetes gibberulus was named by Cooper (1953). Its type specimen is USNM 115504 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM806l, Cerros de los Monos, El Antimonio, Sonora, which is in a Wordian marine limestone in the Antimonio Formation of Mexico.

It was recombined as Chonetinella gibberulus by Lee and Gu (1980).
