Kourisodon puntledgensis
Taxonomy
Kourisodon puntledgensis was named by Nicholls and Meckert (2002). Its type specimen is CDM 022, a partial skeleton (Incomplete skull and mandible, vertebral column and ribs, right humerus, left pectoral girdle, and front limb), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Puntledge River Kourisodon Type Locality, which is in a Santonian marine siliciclastic in the Pender Formation of Canada.
