Leptomithrax atavus

Taxonomy
Leptomithrax atavus was named by Glaessner (1960). Its type specimen is NZGS DC 255, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Makino River, on Stanley Road, which is in a Kapitean marine horizon in New Zealand.
