| E. Landing et al. 2010 | Probable cryptostome with stem- like, erect, unjointed, cylindrical zooaria; axial zooecium with widely spaced diaphragms; distally triangular, apically expanding basal extremity; and shallow autozooecia about as deep as aperture width. Autozooecia develop on basal extremity, bud to form six- to twelve-sided zooarium with broadly elliptical to circular cross section and rounded apical end. Autozooecia with roughly linear to helical arrangement and variable outline, common bilobed median keels, rare diaphragms and hemiphragms; autozooe- cial walls bilamellar, show granular-prismatic microstructure, thicken at outer margin, are imperforate, have apparent small polymorphs at wall intersections. |
