Grallator digitigradus
Taxonomy
Aetonychopus digitigradus was named by Ellenberger (1972). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is 67B, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Mokkanametsong tracksite (zone B/2), which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian terrestrial sandstone in the Elliot Formation of Lesotho.
It was recombined as Grallator digitigradus by Olsen and Galton (1984).
