Bernhardites nodosus
Taxonomy
Bernhardites nodosus was named by Teichert and Kummel (1973). Its type specimen is PIN 1478/31, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ogbin 1, Bernhardites Beds, which is in a Changhsingian marine limestone in the Ali Bashi Formation of Armenia.
It was recombined as Shevyrevites nodosus by Korn and Hairapetian (2021).
