Pachydiscus (Neodesmoceras) princeps

Taxonomy
Parapachydiscus princeps was named by Anderson (1958). Its type specimen is UCMP 14867, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP A-3100 - Santa Catarina Landing [Rosario Fm], which is in a Maastrichtian coastal siliciclastic in the Rosario Formation of Mexico.

It was recombined as Pachydiscus (Neodesmoceras) princeps by Matsumoto (1960).
