Cocks 2014 | Shell ventribiconvex with flattened dorsal valve, anterior commissure rectimarginate in mature specimens, radial ornament almost equally multicostellate with 7–8 ribs per mm. Dorsal valve with shallow umbonal sulcus rapidly fading anteriorly. Dorsal interior with narrow notothyrial platform. Cardinal process bilobed on a long ridge-like shaft terminated at the anterior end of the notothyrial platform. Dorsal median ridge commonly absent. |
