Dearcmhara shawcrossi
Taxonomy
Dearcmhara shawcrossi was named by Brusatte et al. (2015). Its type specimen is GLAHM 152378/1–4., a partial skeleton (An associated distal humerus (GLAHM 152378/1) and three vertebrae (GLAHM 152378/2–4), including one anterior dorsal centrum (GLAHM 152378/3) and two anterior ca), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bearreraig Bay, which is in a Toarcian/Bajocian marine sandstone in the Bearreraig Sandstone Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Dearcmhara.
