Takahashiceras eureka

Taxonomy
Takahashia eureka was named by Matsumoto (1984). Its type specimen is GK.H5567, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ik1101, Katsurazawa pit, Ikushumbets river, which is in a Cenomanian marine sandstone in the Mikasa Formation of Japan. It is the type species of Takahashia, Takahashiceras.

It was recombined as Takahashiceras eureka by Hoffmann and Howarth (2015).
