Youngomys yunnanensis

Taxonomy
Youngomys yunnanensis was named by Wang (2001). Its type specimen is IVPP V12396.1, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Caijiachong (IVPP Loc. 80021), which is in an Eocene terrestrial horizon in the Caijiachong Formation of China. It is the type species of Youngomys.
