Taxonomy
Ammonites (Schloenbachia) isamberti was named by Fallot (1885). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dieulefit (Soulier collection), which is in a Coniacian marine sandstone in the Grès Verts de Dieulefit Formation of France.

It was recombined as Peroniceras (Zuluiceras) isamberti by Kennedy (1984), Kennedy (1995).
