Melbournopterus crossotus
Taxonomy
Melbournopterus crossotus was named by Caster and Kjellesvig-Waering (1953). Its type specimen is UM 1988-89, a cephalon/head (prosoma), and it is a mold. Its type locality is Locality 41, Heathcote, which is in a Gorstian marine siltstone in the Yan Yean Formation of Australia.
