Yumenerpeton yangi
Taxonomy
Yumenerpeton yangi was named by Jiang et al. (2017). Its type specimen is GS-DSK-16, a set of vertebrae (Sacral vertebra with dermal scute), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dashankou locality, which is in a Roadian fluvial mudstone in the Qingtoushan Formation of China. It is the type species of Yumenerpeton.
