Taxonomy
Ariadna amissiocoli was named by Wunderlich (2008). Its type specimen is ERMNH F2007/JB/AR/CJW and is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Jordanian Amber (Wunderlich collection), which is in an Albian terrestrial amber in Jordan. It is the type species of Jordariadna.
It was recombined as Jordariadna amissiocoli by Wunderlich (2015).
