Taxonomy
Cassidulus taylori was named by Warren (1926). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Birch Lake, near Innisfree, which is in a Campanian marine sandstone in Canada.

It was recombined as Hardouinia taylori by Cooke (1953).
