Radiodactylus langstoni
Taxonomy
Radiodactylus langstoni was named by Andres and Myers (2013) [Large pterosaur with unique combination of tall rectangular deltopectoral crest positioned proximally and pneumatic foramen present on distal aspect of humerus; as well as autapomorphic square distal humerus cross-section, and humerus distal aspect with straight vertical groove and without ulnar tubercle.]. It is not extant. Its type specimen is SMU 72547, a limb element (Humerus). Its type locality is Comanche Peak Power Plant, Glen Rose (SMU), which is in an Albian carbonate lime mudstone in the Glen Rose Limestone Formation of Texas.
