Taxonomy
Eodimerocrinites littlewoodi was named by Donovan and Gilmour (2003). Its type specimen is BGS GSE 15126 and 15124C+15128 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Infilled quarry in Lady Burn, which is in a Katian offshore siltstone in the South Threave Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Eodimerocrinites.
