G. Bagnoli and S. Stouge 2014 (Stenodontus)Apparatus composed of simple, long, thinwalled strongly laterally compressed and non-geniculate elements with deep basal cavity, short cusp and high base keeled and with lateral carina and/or costae. One element – the hook-like element – characteristically has a very strongly recurved and short cusp (diagnosis emended from Chen & Gong 1986).
