Taxonomy
Arnioceras pseudoturneri was named by Spath (1956). It is not extant. Its type locality is Stowell Park borehole (C. turneri Zone, P. alcinoe Subzone, 1602-1632ft), which is in a Sinemurian carbonate lime mudstone in the Lower Lias Formation of the United Kingdom.
