Taxonomy
Campanile trevorjacksoni was named by Portell and Donovan (2008). Its type specimen is UF 71262 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Wait-A-Bit Cave, which is in an Eocene marine limestone in the Stettin Formation of Jamaica.
