Phylactocephalus microlepis

Taxonomy
Phylactocephalus microlepis was named by Davis (1887). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Hakel (Lewis collection), which is in a Cenomanian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal carbonate in Lebanon. It is the type species of Phylactocephalus.
