Ostendichnus bilobatus

Taxonomy
Ostendichnus bilobatus was named by Lockley et al. (2016). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is DMNH EPV.69705, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Roubideau Creek tracksite, UCM L 745, which is in a Cenomanian/Cenomanian terrestrial sandstone in the Naturita Formation of Colorado. It is the type species of Ostendichnus.
