Couperipollis rarispinosus
Taxonomy
Monosulcites rarispinosus was named by Sah and Dutta (1966). It is not extant. Its type locality is 2km S of Laitryngew, which is in an Eocene carbonate limestone in the Sylhet Formation of India.
It was recombined as Couperipollis rarispinosus by Venkatachala and Kar (1969), Lakhanpal et al. (1976).
