Elatocladus tenerrima

Taxonomy
Taxites tenerrimus was named by Feistmantel (1879). It is not extant. Its type locality is Sher River at Sehora, which is in a Jurassic/Cretaceous fluvial horizon in the Jabalpur Formation of India.

It was recombined as Elatocladus tenerrima by Sahni (1928), Lakhanpal et al. (1976); it was recombined as Elatocladus tenerrimus by Chandra and Tewari (1991).
