Maheshwariella furcata
Taxonomy
Cordaicarpus furcata was named by Surange and Lele (1957). It is not extant. Its type locality is Goraia, Shahdol, which is in a Cisuralian fluvial horizon in India.
It was recombined as Cornucarpus furcata by Maithy (1965), Lakhanpal et al. (1976); it was recombined as Maheshwariella furcata by Maheshwari and Tewari (1986), Chandra and Tewari (1991).
