Taxonomy
Myotis paradaubentoni was named by Topál (1983). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Hungarian Natural History Museum, Budapest, V.82.171, a partial skull. Its type locality is Osztramos locality 13, which is in a Pliocene terrestrial horizon in Hungary.
