Postcopemys repenningi
Taxonomy
Postcopemys repenningi was named by Lindsay and Czaplewski (2011). Its type specimen is MNA V4996, a maxilla (left M1-2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Buckboard Wash, which is in a Blancan terrestrial mudstone in the Verde Formation of Arizona. It is the type species of Postcopemys.
