Atops rupertensis

Taxonomy
Atops rupertensis was named by Jell et al. (1992). Its type specimen is SAMP31533a,b, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NMVPL1590 (Bunyeroo Creek locality), which is in a Botomian offshore limestone in the Parara Formation of Australia.
