Taxonomy
Mitromorpha (Mitrolumna) danica was named by Schnetler et al. (2024). Its type specimen is NHMD 1177239 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Vilsund 2, which is in a Chattian marine sandstone in the Brejning Formation of Denmark.

K. I. Schnetler et al. 2024A Mitromorpha (Mitrolumna) with three primary spirals, 12–14 slightly opisthocline axial ribs and almost flat whorls. The spiral cords and axial ribs are fading gradually out on the teleoconch.
