| S. E. Gabbott et al. 2025 | Large euarthropod, body length reaching 43 cm. Head shield short. Homonomously segmented trunk with 46 lightly sclerotized segments; tergites and sternites in 1:1 segmental arrangement. Trunk tergites with gently curved posterior margins ornamented by parallel ridges; rounded paratergal lobes. Trunk sternites paired, medially confluent, subrectangular lobes associated with ovoid plates laterally. Sternites and ovoid plates show rugose surface texture. Two pairs of vascularized lamellae per segment situated at lateral margin. Trunk terminus contracted, without an obvious telson. |
