Taxonomy
Aojia yuanjiangensis was named by Yang (1977) [Yang in Zhou et al., p. 172, pl. 51, figs. 6, 7]. Its type specimen is CUGB 0113102, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil.
It was recombined as Lisania yuanjiangensis by Peng et al. (2004).
