Karbous aperinus

Taxonomy
Karbous aperinus was named by Havlíček (1985). Its type specimen is VH 4949a and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Herget Quarry, Suchomasty Limestone, locality 5 (CZE), which is in an Emsian/Eifelian shallow subtidal wackestone/mudstone in the Daleje-Třebotov Formation of Czechia. It is the type species of Karbous.
