Prismatoolithus levis
Taxonomy
Prismatoolithus levis was named by Zelenitsky and Hills (1996). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is RTMP 94.179.1, an egg, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is New Egg Site, Devil's Coulee, which is in a Campanian terrestrial mudstone in the Oldman Formation of Canada.
