Moraesichnium barberenae
Taxonomy
Moraesichnium barberenae was named by Leonardi (1979). Its type specimen is SOPPb, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Passagem das Pedras (SOPP), which is in a Berriasian/Hauterivian alluvial fan siltstone/sandstone in the Sousa Formation of Brazil.
