Ninglangella was named by Pan and Erwin (2002). It is not extant. Its type is Ninglangella ninglangensis.
It was assigned to Subulitacea by Pan and Erwin (2002); and to Meekospiridae by Nützel et al. (2002) and Nützel and Pan (2005).
