Prismatoolithus caboti
Taxonomy
Prismatoolithus caboti was named by Garcia et al. (2000). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is GMA-1B-1, GM-1B-2, an egg (compressed egg), and it is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Grand Marquise, GMA, which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial marl in France.
