Rotellomphalus tardus
Taxonomy
Rotellomphalus tardus was named by Perner (1903) [Rotellomphalus tardus Barrande in Perner 1903]. It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kosov quarry locality (Dlouhá Hora), Kopanina Fm, which is in a Ludlow deep subtidal limestone in the Kopanina Formation of Czechia.
It was recombined as Raphistomina tardus by Knight et al. (1960); it was recombined as Planitrochus tardus by Frey et al. (2014).
