Brontozoum thianschanicum

Taxonomy
Brontozoum thianschanicum was named by Romanovsky (1882). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is UzSSR No. 3, a footprint, and it is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Ravat tracksite, which is in a Jurassic/Jurassic lagoonal sandstone/conglomerate in the Dzhirukut Formation of Tajikistan.
