Turricula cooperi

Taxonomy
Drillia cooperi was named by Dickerson (1916). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP loc. 1853, Marysville Buttes, which is in a Ypresian marine horizon in the Capay Formation of California.

It was replaced with Cryptoconus injucundus by Hanna (1924); it was recombined as Turricula cooperi by Clark and Woodford (1927); it was recombined as Cryptoconus cooperi by Squires (1987), Squires (1988).
