Schondorfia fungosa
Taxonomy
Schondorfia fungosa was named by Blake and Guensburg (1989). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Field Museum of Natural History, holotype PE28983. Its type locality is Roadcut on Route 146, which is in a Pendleian marine mixed carbonate-siliciclastic in the Haney Formation of Illinois. It is the type species of Schondorfia.
