Taxonomy

Cancellaria mauryae was named by Olsson (1922) [DISTRIBUTION: Late Miocene; Costa Rica.]. It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Cancellaria (Cancellaria) mauryae by Woodring (1928), Jung and Petit (1990) and Landau et al. (2007).
