Taxonomy
Amphipora ninglangensis was named by Dong (1989). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Nuguhu, Ninglang County, which is in an Emsian/Eifelian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal limestone in the Dacaozi Formation of China.
