Heptasuchus clarki

Taxonomy
Heptasuchus clarki was named by Dawley et al. (1979). Its type specimen is UW 11562, a partial skeleton (Partial skull and associated postcranial), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Clark Locality, which is in a Carnian terrestrial mudstone in the Popo Agie Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Heptasuchus.
