Monolaminospongia gigantia
Taxonomy
Monolaminospongia gigantia was named by Rigby et al. (2008). Its type locality is Prince of Wales Island, Ludlovia association, which is in a Wenlock/Ludlow platform/shelf-margin reef reef rocks in the Heceta Formation of Alaska. It is the type species of Monolaminospongia.
