Tchoiria namsarai

Taxonomy
Tchoiria namsarai was named by Efimov (1975). Its type specimen is PIN 3386/1, a partial skeleton (Partial skull, mandible and anterior portion of postcranial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Khuren-Dukh (PIN coll. 3386) [SMPE], which is in an Albian/Albian lacustrine - large sandstone/claystone in the Khuren Dukh Formation of Mongolia. It is the type species of Tchoiria.
