Paraceltites altudensis

Taxonomy
Paralecanites altudensis was named by Böse (1919). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is South of intrusive plug on Captain James's Ranch, Altuda, which is in a Wordian carbonate limestone in the Altuda Formation of Texas.

It was synonymized subjectively with Paraceltites elegans by Spinosa et al. (1975); it was recombined as Paraceltites altudensis by Miller and Furnish (1940), Miller (1944), Zhao and Zheng (1977), Leonova (2002).
