Strophorichthofenia afghana
Taxonomy
Strophorichthofenia afghana was named by Termier et al. (1974) [No holotype designated]. It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Caparay Ghar Section D, Bed 15, Wardak, which is in a Roadian carbonate limestone in the Wardak Formation of Afghanistan. It is the type species of Strophorichthofenia.
