Cancrinella phosphatica

Taxonomy
Productus phosphaticus was named by Girty (1910). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 3511, Cap Rock Mine, Montpelier Canyon, Bear Lake County, which is in a Roadian carbonate limestone in the Phosphoria Formation of Idaho.

It was recombined as Linoproductus (Cancrinella) phosphaticus by King (1931); it was recombined as Costatumulus phosphaticus by Weldon and Shi (2000); it was recombined as Cancrinella phosphatica by Cooper (1953), Coogan (1960) and Li et al. (2012).
